Delete your Upnex account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Upnex and go to Settings (tap your avatar on Home).
2. Tap Account details → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email SUPPORT_EMAIL from the email address on your Upnex account, with the subject "Delete my account". For your security, we only act on requests from the address on the account. We'll delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name if you signed in with Google, and sign-in details
• Your alerts, reminder settings and notification preferences
• The push tokens of your phones, and the record of reminders we sent you

What is kept, and for how long

• Encrypted backups: your data disappears from them within 30 days as they roll over. Nobody can read them without our offline key.
• Purchase records: Google Play keeps its own purchase records under its policies. Deleting your Upnex account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
